The Nuclear Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate preparation and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with sterile compounding standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. This role supports MicroPharmacy and Uro-Onc facility operations by traveling to new and existing locations to assist with site startups, operational readiness, and process stabilization. The Nuclear Pharmacist provides hands-on training and onboarding support to pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist designated to permanently support each location, while following established workflows and contributing to the development and refinement of best practices and standard operating procedures. The role functions as an individual contributor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operations. Uro‑Onc Pharmacy A physician‑partnered pharmacy embedded in a urology or oncology doctor’s office to support patient care with specialized radiopharmaceutical services. Micro‑Pharmacy A small, specialized pharmacy that prepares and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals close to the point of care, supporting flexible and scalable operations.
