About The Position
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) has a unique combination of education, research, and clinical programs that encourages and supports teamwork and diversity. This position is responsible for producing general nuclear medicine and PET/CT images for medical interpretation and administering therapeutic radioactive isotopes. This includes relaying instructions to patients, following procedure protocols, injecting radioactive isotopes, acquiring images, processing images, reviewing images for accuracy, and ensuring image quality by performing equipment QA.
