About The Position

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location: New Jersey (ZIP: 07601) Schedule: Full-Time | 5x8s | 40 hours/week Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work in a busy hospital setting with advanced Nuclear Medicine & PET/CT services Exposure to Cardiology and PET/CT rotations Consistent full-time schedule with variety in procedures Collaborative radiology and physician support What You’ll Do Perform nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures including organ imaging and functional studies Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely Operate and monitor nuclear medicine equipment and PACS systems Assist physicians with therapeutic radioisotope procedures Ensure strict compliance with radiation safety, NRC, state, and accreditation guidelines Maintain accurate records for radioactive materials (receipt, use, storage, disposal) Rotate coverage to Cardiology and PET/CT as needed Use EPIC, Teletracking, and Nuclear Medicine Information Systems for documentation and scheduling Provide excellent patient communication and education using AIDET standards Maintain clean, contamination-free work environments What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience (2+ years preferred) Experience in a busy hospital environment Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and safety protocols Ability to float between Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Required Education & Certifications Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program Valid NJDEP license ARRT or NMTCB registration BLS (AHA) certification Additional Expectations Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage Strong professionalism, reliability, and teamwork Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care For more details reach at [email protected] or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807 . Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Experience in a busy hospital environment
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to float between Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT
  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
  • Valid NJDEP license
  • ARRT or NMTCB registration
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage
  • Strong professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
  • Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
