About The Position
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location: Walworth Hospital and Medical Center Pay Range: $36.56-$54.85 Benefits Eligible: Yes Shift: Days with Rotating weekends; every 3rd weekend, Saturday only 7a-12p at Janesville Hosptial and Trauma Center Hours per week: 40 Shift differential for qualifying shifts (PM shift 15% of base pay, up to $4.50 per hour / Night shift 20% of base pay, up to $6.00/hour) We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement plan with a competitive matching contribution and paid time off. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program
- CNMT or ARRT(N) required
- IEMA-DNS Nuclear Medicine accreditation required if working in Illinois Approved
- CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Minimum One (1) to Three (3) years experience preferred but will consider new graduates
Responsibilities
- Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
- Prepares patients for procedures insuring patient's meets requirements.
- Applies principles of Nuclear Medicine safety to minimize risk to patient, self and others.
- Operates nuclear medicine equipment and other associated equipment to achieve desired results.
