About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and administering radiopharmaceuticals while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging results.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (e.g., NMTCB or ARRT-N).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment, including gamma cameras and PET scanners.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Accurately document patient information, imaging data, and procedural results.
• Educate patients on nuclear medicine procedures and radiation safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and departmental protocols.
• Perform routine quality control and maintenance checks on equipment.
