About The Position

Reporting to the Regional Staffing Manager, the Cardiac PET/CT Technologist is responsible for the daily operation of PET/CT imaging equipment and the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established clinical protocols and physician direction. This role blends strong technical expertise with compassionate patient care, while maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine
  • CNMT or ARRT certification required
  • Active Texas State License
  • Ability to work independently while producing high-quality imaging
  • Current CPR and BLS certifications
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
  • Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Perform Cardiac PET/CT imaging procedures with accuracy and consistency
  • Administer Rb-82 isotope doses and manage hot lab operations
  • Deliver exceptional patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures
  • Ensure compliance with State, OSHA, NRC, and company policies
  • Maintain imaging quality standards and complete accurate documentation
  • Serve as a professional representative of CDL at client healthcare facilities
