About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a specialized 60-day contract at a premier medical center in Manhattan . This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge imaging technology in a focused lab environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- ARRT or NMTCB Certification in Nuclear Medicine
- Post-secondary certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required.
- Current BCLS certification
- Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Nuclear Lab equipment and daily operations.
- Perform PET/CT procedures with precision, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
- Educate patients and their families on imaging procedures, preparation, and safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to all facility and state-specific imaging policies and protocols.
