About The Position

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist PET/CT, you will work alongside our Cardiac RN or Cardiac Stress Tech at our PET client facility. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the PET Technologist is responsible for daily operations of the PET camera to obtain high quality images based on clinical protocols as directed by our on-site physicians. You will perform patient care during the PET scan as well as be responsible for the Rb-82 isotope dose administration, maintaining the hot lab, ensuring that patient imaging and all clinical procedures are performed with high standards, while assuring compliance with all State, OSHA and other regulations are strictly adhered to at all times. Requirements

  • Current and in good standing NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification.
  • Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision.
  • Ability to pass background, urine drug screen, and physical.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification and BLS certified.
  • NJ State Nuclear Medicine License
  • NJ State CT Certification
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently without direct supervision.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities.
