About The Position

Seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Nuclear Cardiology to support nuclear cardiology services across multiple sites within the same health system. This role involves independent patient imaging, high-quality diagnostic procedures, and accurate documentation using an electronic medical record.

Schedule Details
Monday–Friday, 5×8-hour shifts
Variable start times with flexibility (morning or afternoon starts)
No weekends
No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification
• ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Ability to work independently with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology imaging procedures
• Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals per protocol
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
• Operate imaging equipment and troubleshoot as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality diagnostic results
• Travel between assigned sites within the health system as needed
