About The Position

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Lead position at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge involves performing radionuclide diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality diagnostic results. The role supports the mission of optimizing the quality of life for those served by addressing both medical and holistic needs. The position is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• Completion of an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine training program.
• Current certification by NMTCB or ARRT (N).
• Must maintain current registry.
• Attend continuing education activities to maintain knowledge and skill level.
• Must maintain BLS, ACLS recommended.
• Prefer 3-6 years recent hospital Nuclear Medicine experience including nuclear cardiology.
• Skills commensurate with formal training requirements.
• Associate Degree.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or Radiography (ARRT-R).

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and complex radionuclide diagnostic procedures for patients ages adolescents through geriatric.
• Conduct calibrations and quality control on equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain expert technical and patient-care skills to provide quality diagnostic results.
• Manage supply and inventory.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and maintain a Radioactive Materials License.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
