The Nuclear Medicine Tech is committed to applying the skills and art of nuclear medicine imaging through safe and effective use of radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine equipment. This position involves administering radionuclide therapy, preparing and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals, and performing urgent Nuclear Medicine procedures. The tech will check orders for completeness, schedule exams, and determine the urgency of procedures while adhering to established protocols and regulatory requirements. Interaction with patients and care providers is also a key aspect of the role.
