About The Position

Performs a variety of technical procedures, as ordered by a physician, involving the utilization of radio nuclides to ensure production of quality images for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment. Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved program of Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Certificate program required.
  • 1 year of healthcare experience required. This can be demonstrated with clinical experience in an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
  • Illinois - Accreditation by IEMA Division of Nuclear Safety-Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required
  • American Registry Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (N)) not just ARRT or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification required within 1 year.
