Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of formal nuclear medicine technology training by either the NMTCB or the ARRT(N).
• Two years experience preferred.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine (CTNM) issued by California Department of Public Health or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT(N)).
• Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
• Knowledge of nuclear radiopharmacy and ability to perform venipuncture.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality scans for medical interpretation under limited supervision.
• Provide quality patient service in a timely manner.
• Coordinate work in compliance with Department, State and Federal Policies.
• Maintain flexibility of hours as required.
