Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Nuclear Medicine Technologist! As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at MercyOne, you will: Perform Nuclear Medicine and Positron Emission Tomography procedures Assist in calibrating equipment and administering radiation with patients served range from infants to geriatrics Be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating daily operations to ensure quality patient care Schedule: Per Diem (PRN)
Requirements
- Registered with C.N.M.T.
- Possess a current permit to practice as a nuclear medicine technologist for the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH)
- Ability to optimize efficiencies of the scanner and resources of the PET facility including control room, hot lab, and injection rooms
Responsibilities
- Perform Nuclear Medicine and Positron Emission Tomography procedures
- Assist in calibrating equipment and administering radiation with patients served range from infants to geriatrics
- Be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating daily operations to ensure quality patient care
