Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or NMTCB OR meets the eligibility requirements for certification (Certification must be achieved within 6 months of hire/transfer).
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Operating imaging equipment for diagnostic imaging or therapeutic purposes.
• Works closely with physicians to ensure the safe and accurate acquisition of images and data needed for diagnosing and treating diseases.
