A Nuclear Medicine Technologist II ability to operate a PETCT and SPECT/CT unit under the guidelines of the State of NJ. Maintains additional licensure to perform CT portion of the Nuclear Medicine exam with either an X-ray license of a NJDEP Limited or a Fusion Imaging CT Technology license.
Requirements
- 0-2 years
- Completion of clinical training through NM training program or college requirements.
- Graduate of an AMA approved program in Nuclear Medicine
- ARRT or NMTCBNJDEP – Nuclear Medicine
- NJDEP Diagnostic Radiology or NJDEP Limited to Fusion Imaging CT Technology must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
