About The Position
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform high‑quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring safe and accurate patient care. Working closely with the Director of Medical Imaging Services and the Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will use advanced imaging technology and independent clinical judgment to deliver essential diagnostic results that support patient treatment and outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Less than one year of previous job‑related experience (new graduates welcome!)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) through the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB)
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) – Division of Nuclear Safety license
