Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of formal imaging training in an AMA approved school.
• Meets requirements for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technology certification board.
• Holds a New York State Department of Health License.
• BLS certification required.

• Participation in orientation and continuing education to maintain knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Performs required quality control.
• Travels to A=Camillus and Watertown as needed.
