The primary responsibility of the instructor is to properly implement and document the SAT process which includes the following tasks: Analyze subject material for new and revised training. Use the design process to determine job performance measures (JPMs), establish training settings, sequence training objectives, and identify test items from the objectives. Develop lessons for classroom and laboratory settings, JPM performance evaluations, and test questions. Execute developed training by thoroughly preparing to present the material and verifying that instructional facilities and resources are adequate and ready to provide a quality learning experience. Evaluate training process by the collection of data, including test results, feedback, and the performance of post training evaluations.
