Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting nuclear engineering research.
• Bachelor's degree in physics, engineering, engineering technologies, or a physical science field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of nuclear sub-disciplines like thermos-hydraulics, seismic events, physics, computational science, or fission reactor engineering.
• Work experience at a national-level agency.
• Active CI poly - those with active CI polys will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific/engineering research.
• Conduct reverse engineering analysis/characterizations.
• Perform facility and vulnerability assessments on foreign nuclear capabilities.
• Engage in nuclear engineering and sub-disciplines of thermo-hydraulics, seismic/earthquakes, physics, computational science, and/or fission reactor engineering.
