The position is responsible for the technical performance and management of services under the Shared Services Administration Office, specifically supporting NASA's Shared Services Center (NSSC). The role emphasizes continuous improvement, change management, and effective leadership in personnel management, with a focus on performance measurement and tracking.

  • Manage the technical performance of all services supported under the Shared Services Administration Office.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee change management processes within the organization.
  • Lead and manage personnel effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Measure and track performance metrics related to service delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of functional area experience, including at least 3 years of direct project management experience.
  • Knowledge of records management processes, metrics management, contract support logistics, and customer relationship management.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must have a current and active Public Trust.
  • Prior experience supporting NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC).
  • Experience with procurement, human resources, and other business units supported by NSSC.
  • FAR Fundamentals Certification and Contract Management Certification.
