Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of steel pipe and tube products
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or 6+ months of steel industry experience

Responsibilities

• Processing customer claims and issuing credits
• Assisting Accounting with resolving invoice discrepancies (over/short payments)
• Answering incoming phone calls and providing customer support
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Supporting team members based on workload demands
• Maintaining and ordering trade show materials
• Organizing and coordinating customer visits
