About The Position
Nucor Tubular Products-North is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Environmental, Health, and Safety Supervisor to oversee our Ghent, KY, Chicago, IL and Marseilles, IL locations. This role will be responsible for the following items but is not limited to working closely with our team and Leadership to drive our mission to world-class safety and safety systems, as well as ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations. The EHS Supervisor will lead and develop the safety and environmental team members responsible for interpreting and practically applying regulatory standards. This position can work from the Marseilles IL or Ghent KY office. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
