About The Position
Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Kemah, TX area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is proud to offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base rate plus commission, paid vacation, holidays, sick pay, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our business, responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, and ensuring that our valued customers' vehicles operate safely. Mavis offers guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800, which is in addition to your base pay. We provide paid training to help you learn everything you need to know about the job, and you will have the opportunity to earn additional income through performance-based incentives.
