MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT ● Responsible for deploying Oracle quarterly patches ● Responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and administering databases, including security, access, and documentation ● Work closely with other database administrators, system administrators, developers, testers and GDIT shipboard technicians on troubleshooting and resolving Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) technology stack issues. ● Collaborate with teammates onsite and through distant support using available and approved remote access tools ● Provide expert database administration support in a Hyper-V/VSphere virtualization environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Systems
  • Security+, Oracle Database Administration and Windows OS
  • 3+ years of related experience working as an Oracle/PeopleSoft DBA
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 12c/19c, PeopleTools, PepleSoft HCM/HRMS, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and shell/Windows scripting on multiple operating systems and network platforms.
