About The Position

Perfusion Solution Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) to join our industry-leading team in Seattle, Washington, with a specialized focus on Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP). This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced perfusion professionals passionate about advancing organ transplantation, optimizing donor outcomes, and contributing to cutting-edge practices in Donation after Circulatory Death (DCD) organ recovery. As an NRP Perfusionist, you will be responsible for operating and managing NRP techniques during DCD organ recovery procedures. You will collaborate closely with transplant teams, Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), thoracic and abdominal surgeons, and other clinical partners to ensure superior organ viability and performance. The role demands clinical precision, meticulous documentation, strict adherence to ethical and operational standards, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives. Staying current with the latest advancements in perfusion technology and NRP protocols is essential. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, innovative environment at the forefront of organ donation and transplantation in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in clinical perfusion or a related specialty, with strong knowledge of DCD protocols and organ procurement processes.
  • Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential (ABCP Certification) required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication—particularly in high-stakes, fast-paced clinical settings
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving NRP technologies and procedures.
