About The Position

The NRM Pricing & PPA Analyst will play a critical role in Haleon’s Net Revenue Management (NRM) organization by delivering the pricing analytics and pack architecture insights needed to drive profitable growth. This role focuses on analyzing base pricing, evaluating pack/price strategy effectiveness, understanding competitive pricing dynamics, and supporting the development of pricing guardrails and long-term strategic pricing recommendations. This position is ideal for someone passionate about applying data-driven insights to influence pricing strategy within a leading CPG organization. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Pricing Analytics Conduct price elasticity, demand forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform pricing decisions. Assess the impact of base price changes, competitive movements, and cost pressures on revenue and margin. Build and maintain pricing dashboards, models, and key metrics (e.g., NSV, GM, price ladders). Identify pricing risks and opportunities across channels and customers and support development of pricing guardrails. Price Pack Architecture (PPA) Development Evaluate pack/size performance, price ladders, consumer value tiers, and category dynamics. Analyze pack-level profitability and competitive structures to recommend improvements. Support creation of PPA frameworks that guide portfolio strategy, innovation sizing, and price-pack mix decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams to align on pricing and PPA recommendations. Provide analytical insights for customer discussions, planning cycles, and category reviews. Support NRM capability-building through tools, frameworks, and standardized analytical processes. The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and supporting technical processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Net Revenue Management or trade investment processes.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen), ERP systems, or pricing tools.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, elasticity, or demand forecasting.
  • Exposure to pricing, promotion, or assortment analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
