About The Position
The Event Staff position at NRG Park, managed by Andy Frain Services, is designed to provide quality customer service to patrons, customers, and employees during events. The role requires establishing effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow employees while fulfilling assigned post orders. Event Staff members are expected to maintain a professional image at all times and actively assist customers with various duties that may not be explicitly outlined in the job description, as approved by the Security Manager. This position emphasizes the importance of customer service, as it is considered a fundamental responsibility of every employee. The Event Staff will be responsible for greeting all visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring that the standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism are upheld. A thorough understanding of emergency policies, procedures, and regulations is crucial, as staff must respond promptly to emergency alarms or calls for help, determine the appropriate course of action, notify the relevant authorities, and assist as necessary. The post orders may include various roles such as Ticket Taking, Ushering, Guest Services, Elevator Operator, and Special Services, among others. Vigilance in safety awareness is paramount, and staff must be familiar with their post orders, any revisions, and the daily event needs. Understanding the chain of command is also essential for effective communication and operational efficiency.
