About The Position

Job Title: NPPA – Vascular Surgery Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Lebanon, PA Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: June 1, 2026 – Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other week) COVERAGE DATES June 1, 2026 – Ongoing PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 15 patients per day with 2 consults daily Admissions: Yes Rounding: Included Case Mix: Vascular surgery cases including bypass and amputations FACILITY INFORMATION No. of Beds in Department: 150 EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Standard vascular surgery equipment Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary hospital and clinic team Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (for clean files) Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES Vascular assessments and management Participation in bypass and amputation cases Inpatient consults and hospital rounding JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Pennsylvania NP or PA license required Board: NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA -C; Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred DEA: Required Experience: Minimum 1 year vascular experience (surgical experience preferred but not required) Other Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide vascular surgery support in clinic and hospital settings Conduct patient evaluations and manage treatment plans Perform hospital rounds and consults Collaborate with physicians and care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania NP or PA license required
  • NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA -C; Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
  • DEA: Required
  • Minimum 1 year vascular experience (surgical experience preferred but not required)

  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
