About The Position

Job Title: NPPA – Critical Care
Job Type: Locum Tenens
Location: Waukesha, WI
Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Coverage Type: Clinical Only
Coverage Period: May 1, 2026 – Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule: Day and Night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 7–10 shifts per month

Requirements

• Active WI license required
• Board Certification required
• Active DEA required
• ACLS required
• Recent critical care experience required
• Must provide case logs for past 2 years
• Vaccination records required
• Ability to work both day and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care services in ICU setting
• Manage complex patient cases and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
• Perform daily rounding and patient assessments
• Provide telemedicine support as needed across facilities
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
