The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPO) launches products
on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. NPO’s are pivotal
to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful NPO is a
leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented;
excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels;
thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and
resolving conflicts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program Management
• MS or BS Degree

Nice To Haves

• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven
• Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
• Masters or MBA are considered a plus
