Summary The National Print Mail Center (NPMC) plays a critical role in delivering millions of customer communications each year for GEICO. We are seeking a highly analytical and technically curious Systems Analyst to join our Output Management team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and large-scale production operations. You will work across business and technical teams to ensure that GEICO’s customer communications, from policy documents to regulatory notices, are accurate, tested, and delivered reliably at scale. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving systems, and working with high‑volume data and document platforms, this role offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on how GEICO communicates with millions of customers. The responsibilities of this position include: Support Critical Output Systems Assist with maintenance and support of NPMC systems, including document composition platforms, production servers, and network infrastructure. Participate in system upgrades, deployments, planned maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Test and Validate Customer Communications Analyze and test changes to customer documents and mailing processes. Validate business updates to ensure documents meet operational, regulatory, and quality standards. Drive Process Improvements Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency. Help implement enhancements that support NPMC production and business operations. Collaborate Across Teams Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to evaluate changes and ensure successful implementations. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Support High‑Volume Production Operations Assist in maintaining the infrastructure that supports GEICO’s large‑scale mailing and document delivery processes.
