Summary The National Print Mail Center (NPMC) plays a critical role in delivering millions of customer communications each year for GEICO. We are seeking a highly analytical and technically curious Systems Analyst to join our Output Management team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and large-scale production operations. You will work across business and technical teams to ensure that GEICO’s customer communications, from policy documents to regulatory notices, are accurate, tested, and delivered reliably at scale. The responsibilities of this position include: Support Critical Output Systems Assist with maintenance and support of NPMC systems, including document composition platforms, production servers, and network infrastructure. Participate in system upgrades, deployments, planned maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Test and Validate Customer Communications Analyze and test changes to customer documents and mailing processes. Validate business updates to ensure documents meet operational, regulatory, and quality standards. Drive Process Improvements Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency. Help implement enhancements that support NPMC production and business operations. Collaborate Across Teams Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to evaluate changes and ensure successful implementations. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Support High‑Volume Production Operations Assist in maintaining the infrastructure that supports GEICO’s large‑scale mailing and document delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Understanding of data servers and network connections
  • Proven attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience in writing business requirements & test plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include word, excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information and follow processes that have been published.
  • Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, professional oral or written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers, and other employees of the organization.
  • May be required to be on call for production support 24x7.
  • Must be able to concentrate and demonstrate a capacity for learning technical concepts and adapting to new technologies quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience (SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Familiarity with process automation tools or scripting (Python, PowerShell, automation platforms, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing or working with large data sets or high‑volume operational processes
  • Exposure to document composition, output management, or print/mail production environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications or production systems
