Work location: Trumbull, CT or Livingston, NJ (on-site) Job Summary: The NPI (New Product Introduction) Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in bridging R&D and Supply Chain functions to ensure seamless sourcing support throughout the product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing suppliers and external manufacturing partners (Contract Manufacturing Organization_CMOs/ Contract Development Manufacturing Organization_CDMOs) to support development programs from concept through commercial launch.
