About The Position

The NPI Program Manager for Infrastructure Supply Chain at Meta is responsible for overseeing the new product introduction (NPI) process for AI, compute, storage, and network hardware. This role requires managing complex projects across various teams and external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. The manager will act as the primary liaison between the Supply Chain organization and other stakeholders, driving program communications, risk management, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in computer hardware manufacturing and supply chain execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, including stakeholder influence and strategy.
  • Fluency with hardware lifecycle phases and best practices.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain roles throughout NPI phases.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguity, manage conflict, and lead teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience completing TCO analysis and managing project costs.
  • Experience sourcing and managing global suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Experience with RFQ package creation and price negotiation.
  • Experience executing commercial sourcing agreements.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single-threaded program owner for Meta's Supply Chain organization.
  • Drive overall schedule, build & test readiness, factory readiness, risk management, and program communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Meta's Supply Chain organization and all internal and external partners.
  • Manage build readiness and daily build issue debug cadence across Meta's Supply Chain and partners.
  • Drive test readiness, infrastructure, development, and milestones with engineering and manufacturing partners.
  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate program risks across the Supply Chain organization.
  • Drive factory ramp readiness with internal and external partners.
  • Own and execute the program communication strategy across the organization and partners.
  • Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities across processes and workflows.
