About The Position

The NPI/GTM Readiness Lead at ServiceNow is responsible for ensuring Go-To-Market (GTM) readiness for new product launches and global operational readiness. This role involves strategic transformation leadership, focusing on launching products successfully and driving operational scale to support rapid product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, operational rigor, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in launching SaaS offers, with experience in partner business models highly desirable
  • Exemplary program management skills, including process documentation and risk management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable messages
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive towards common goals
  • Good understanding of Quote to Cash, Goal to Compensation, and partner business processes

Responsibilities

  • Assess NPI offers for Go-To Market (GTM) readiness
  • Design and optimize business processes to support new offers launch
  • Co-develop an engagement model that is repeatable, agile, and optimized for launch processes
  • Act as the Program Lead to enable GTM readiness across all functions for launching offers
  • Lead the Lead to Cash cross-functional team to develop business process and operational requirements for transactability
  • Work with IT and Process leaders to prioritize and execute solutions
  • Define and execute program plans with cross-functional teams for commercial and operational readiness
  • Ensure comprehensive planning including post-sale readiness
  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans considering all requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct thorough analysis to produce data-driven recommendations for leadership decisions
  • Develop required documentation such as process design documents and presentations
  • Continuously apply a customer/partner lens to identify optimization opportunities for NPI objectives
