As a key member of the Operations team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporary Assignment to join our Production Control team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting field of Medical Device Orthopedics. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to the manufacturing and operational processes that drive the production of cutting-edge orthopedic devices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and cost reduction.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards through participation in quality control activities.
  • Production Support: Contribute to day-to-day manufacturing operations, including monitoring production metrics, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments, including R&D, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
