About The Position

We are looking for NPI Engineer to lead the development, scale‑up, and optimization of ink manufacturing processes. In this role, you will drive process and technology projects, define robust manufacturing procedures, and work closely with R&D and global engineering teams to ensure smooth product introduction into production

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering; M.Sc. in Chemical/Materials Engineering – advantage.
  • 5+ years as a NPI or process engineer in a multidisciplinary production environment.
  • Experience in mechanical/equipment engineering – significant advantage.
  • Creative thinker with strong investigative skills and the ability to apply tools and technologies to deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Positive can‑do, hands‑on attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • M.Sc. in Chemical/Materials Engineering – advantage.
  • Experience in mechanical/equipment engineering – significant advantage.
  • Background in plastics, cosmetics, or related industries – advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ink manufacturing process: own, optimize and improve process performance.
  • Investigate process and equipment issues through hands-on analysis and root-cause methodologies.
  • Define new processes & specifications for stable, high-quality production.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Singapore engineering teams to align on processes and technology.
  • Deliver NPI products, working windows, and manufacturing instructions to the production team, including specifications and procedures.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables and documentation for new processes meet project specifications.
  • Lead process problem-solving.
