About The Position
As a Nursing Professional Development Specialist, you'll innovate tools, theories, and expertise to enhance the specialty. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to create, implement, and assess development plans. Your goal is to improve workflows and patient outcomes and uphold professional standards in the practice. This is a virtual role that will work on-site. There is possibility of some remote work, however candidate will be in office M-F up to 6 weeks at a time multiple times per year. Candidate must live within 30 mins to Temple TX.
