The New Product Development Engineer Intern will be responsible for bringing a new product from ideation to development for our Water Quality division. This role reports directly to the Technical Development and Testing Manager. This position will work closely with teams across the organization—including Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Customer and Product Support, Sales, Sustaining Engineering, Quality, IT, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, and Operations—to ensure smooth and complete integration of new products into our processes. This position supports a well-established and growing business that is highly respected in the industry. The Watts Internship Program is strategically designed to allow you the opportunity to utilize what you have learned in the classroom while gaining a true understanding of the business world by applying those key principles through hands-on experience. During the internship, students will gain exposure to and impact operations.
