About The Position

HealthPlus Staffing is assisting an outpatient Primary Care clinic with their search for a NP or PA to join their team in El Cajon, CA Job Title: NP/PA – Float Provider (Outpatient) Location: El Cajon, CA (On-site) Compensation: $142,400–$178,000/yr Schedule: Full-time

Requirements

• Active CA NP or PA license
• DEA + BLS required
• Minimum 1 year experience
• NP: ANCC/AANP certified
• PA: NCCPA certified
• Must have valid driver's license & ability to travel between clinic sites
• EMR experience (Epic preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Float between local outpatient clinic sites
• Provide primary care exams, diagnose, treat, prescribe
• Order/interpret labs & diagnostics
• Document accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff
• Support multiple locations as needed
