About The Position

St. Luke's Health System in Idaho is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a dedicated and compassionate primary care team in Nampa & Fruitland, ID. Requirements

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in Idaho.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute health issues such as infections, pain, and injuries.
• Manage chronic health problems including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Conduct preventive care services including immunizations and health screenings.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Participate in the operation of an anticoagulation clinic and conduct physicals for school and sports.
