About The Position

Facility is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) with strong orthopedic and spine experience to support two orthopedic surgeons joining the organization. This is a long-term assignment with a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule (could be Tuesday-Friday some weeks) The APP will split time between: Spine OR coverage (1–2 days/week) Clinic (musculoskeletal, spine, and some total joint support) 4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs), occasional Friday if needed No weekend, holiday, or after-hours responsibilities Normal workday is 8–9 hours A Spine Navigator RN OR surgical tech team Incoming orthopedic spine surgeon and orthopedic surgeon Typical locums housing includes two preferred hotels in Crookston; some travelers stay in Grand Forks and commute Perfect Candidate Profile FNP or PA with orthopedic and/or spine surgery experience Comfortable in both OR and clinic Experienced with minimally invasive spine procedures MN licensed or license-eligible Available late December / January Values a steady, no-call schedule Comfortable working within a coordinated surgical team

Minnesota license is preferred, but candidates eligible for MN licensure will be considered.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in orthopedics, spine surgery, or inpatient hospital medicine
Familiarity with orthopedic devices, injections, and minor procedures
