Requirements

Valid Medical License
Valid HIPPA and OSHA certifications
Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, etc.
Experience with MedSpa Injectables and Laser services
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills and follow-through
Passionate about the spa industry
Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application
Driven and self-motivated
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Cheerful, upbeat, and professional demeanor
Flexible, cooperative, and composed under pressure
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Perform consultations with new and existing patients, building strong, lasting relationships by understanding their aesthetic goals, leading to repeat clientele and referrals
Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, and more) with precision and artistry
Educate patients on products and services, ensuring informed decisions and exceptional outcomes
Maintain pristine treatment rooms and follow safety/sanitation standards and complete daily checklist of cleaning
Mentor new team members to promote culture of growth, development, and engagement
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless, best-class experiences
Attend staff meetings, in-house training and commit to outside continuing education, including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
Participate with planning, execution and attend marketing and special events
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Sets and achieves goals and targets
