Nozzle Assembly (Level 1)
About The Position

We are seeking a Nozzle Assembly technician (Level 1) to join our team. As a Nozzle Assembler level 1 you will be performing testing procedures according to information available in the Nozzle and LaVision databases. Test the nozzles produced according to the prescribed sampling plan. Operate the pin stamper engraver and laser engraver so each nozzle can be identified. Clean and inspect nozzles for any debris, print labels and package. This role requires an elevated level of attention to detail to ensure quality production and reliability in attendance to ensure our on-time delivery to our customers stays at a world-class level.
Requirements
- Previous 1 - 2 years in a manufacturing operating role
- Strong communication and intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Pin stamp engraver and laser engraving skills a plus.
- Inspection skills using pre-programed test bench equipment (LaVision and other water flow testers) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Flow and pattern test product according to design specifications, sampling plan and other process variables.
- Engrave identification onto nozzles using a variety of equipment
- Clean, Pack and Label product according to instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Cross-train to on other equipment as needed.
- Follow established work instructions and procedures to ensure quality product.
- Other duties as assigned.
