About The Position
The Massage Therapist is an integral member of the NOW center wellness team. Directly responsible for providing individualized massages and body treatments to guest of the wellness center. Provide best practice techniques, with emphasis on ensuring members safety with minimal supervision. Ensure excellent customer service to all guest of the NOW center. Responsible for developing client-focused massage needs to meet the demands of a diverse membership population. Provide expert guidance to allow for safe and desired wellness outcome. Strives for superior performance of the NOW center by consistently providing excellent customer service to clients and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the wellness experience. Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of community centered care.
