About The Position

We are The Kades Corporation, the fifth largest McDonald's Franchise in the United States. We currently own and operate McDonald's restaurants throughout three markets in Texas, and have been in business since 1982. We are currently looking for hourly team members to join us in our mission to be our customers' favorite place to eat and drink. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Lift up to 50 pounds
