About The Position

We are seeking Team Leaders for Jack in the Box at our Carlsbad location. This part-time role involves supervising and training team members to ensure a high-quality guest experience through excellent service, quality food, and a clean environment. The Team Leader will set an example for the team, handle guest complaints, and maintain restaurant cleanliness while motivating employees to perform at their best.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service business preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
