About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience required.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support mobility and safe transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor overall well-being.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Engage clients in meaningful companionship and social activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living space.
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding client needs and updates.
