About The Position

Lead and grow our Northern California Program & Construction Management practice, overseeing a $15M annual portfolio across transportation, public works, and water/wastewater projects for public agency clients. This is a key leadership role for someone who can develop people, strengthen client trust, drive delivery excellence, and help expand Psomas' presence in the region. You'll lead a successful Northern California construction management practice with responsibility for people, delivery, client relationships, and business performance. You'll set the tone for accountability and culture, help teams perform at a high level, and partner across Psomas to deliver strong results for clients and communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project and construction management overseeing complex projects in Northern California
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and build trusted client relationships
  • Demonstrated success leading client pursuits, including proposal development and interview presentations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
